The DB11 heralds a new design era in a remarkable aesthetic journey that began with icons such as the DB5, DB2/4, and, most recently, the Aston Martin DB10 that was exclusively designed for James Bond. With the DB11, you get a seamless interaction between form and function. Freshest design signatures include distinctive LED headlights, accentuated lines of the grille, and the front-hinging clamshell bonnet. And thanks to the uninterrupted roof strakes that flow to the C-pillar from the A-pillar, the exterior profile is equally dramatic.

According to several Aston Martin DB11 renderings that were making some rounds on the internet, the new model was expected to come with a revised hood, a DB-10-inspired front grille, and smaller headlamps. Now that the production model is available, it seems almost all – in fact all – assumptions were correct. The DB11 seems to have borrowed lots of design cues from the DB10. Unlike the DB10 however, the DB11 comes with a rounded and more stylish headlamps.
