For years unending, Caddy’s entry into the compact luxury sedan market has been received poorly. For instance, the Cimarron’s Chevy Cavalier and the Catera, which was a poorly disguised Opel’s Omega made things even worse. Fortunately, the Cadillac ATS has cut a niche for itself and has distanced itself from its unsuccessful predecessors.

The ATS comes boasting of an excellent handling and steering precision, angular sheet metal, and an attractive and crisp cabin. Undoubtedly, the new CTS is headed to be the next America’s top car model for 2017.

The new model comes with it’s a slew of upgrades ranging from its exterior surface to beneath its hood. To start off with, last year’s six speed auto transmission system has been replaced by the eight-speed system, while the new 3.6L engine now cranks an additional 12 hp and almost a similar pounds of torque.
