Those opting for the LT also have an option of getting the second-row captain’s chairs. The Luxury package bundles a power folding and reclining third-row seats, wireless charging, and keyless ignition and entry.
Engine Specs – 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe
All 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe come fitted with a 5.3L V8 engine rated at 355 horsepower and 383 lbs. of torque. A six-speed automatic transmission system and a choice of either a FWD or an AWD are available.
As already mentioned above, when the new 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe is fully equipped, we should expect a maximum towing capacity of up to 8,400 pounds.
During our own testing, the all-wheel-drive 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe was able to hit 60 mph in just 7.3 seconds. Its EPA fuel economy ratings stand at 16/23/18 mpg in the city/highway/combined regardless of the drive type.
