2017 Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class – Release Date, Review and Specs

2017 Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class review

Nobody would blame you for showing your interest on the new 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class, after all, it boasts of a desirable three-pointed star badge, elegant interior, and a classy styling. What’s even more, it is impeccably built, surprisingly practical, offers a family-friendly backseat, has excellent balance of comfort and performance, and very safe and great to drive. Its release date should be expected sometime this fall.

When the Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class 2017 hit the market, it offers sophisticated handling limits, and boasted of a strong performance. Now it has been several years past its debut and the same specifications hallmarks that defined its entry are still abundantly provided, only this time they’re better than they were before.

But even with such an appetizing resume, a couple of cynics were vehemently criticizing its lack of abundant cabin space, elevated wind noise, and a blocky exterior design. True, it may have lacked the all-rounded nature of its brand, but the all-new 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class is here to make the foibles disappear to abyss.

The 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class interior is elegantly designed and follows in the footsteps of the C-Class. This automatically means the cabin is quieter, solidly built, and laden with sophisticated features. Also, there are equipment that are available for customizations. A first in its class is the Air Body Control – an adjustable air suspension system – that suits various driving conditions and intentions through varying the ride height and firmness.

One trait that blankets its appeal is perhaps the lack of versatility. Its cargo volume, for instance, is less than 60 cu. ft. But hey, the specs discussed above more than make up for the lack of abundant cargo volume. There’re other alternatives in the segment that rival the 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class accessories and features.

They include the BMW X3, Audi Q5, Lexus NX 200t, Acura RDX, and the Volvo XC60. Each is stronger in a particular trait and it all depends on your lists of priorities. That said, we still think the GLC-Class deserves a test drive because of its right mix of feature galore.
