Given the sheer number of high-end crossovers in the present market on the market, the small portion occupied by the Navigator doesn’t come as a surprise. But if traditional American style, ability to tow just about anything, three-rows of seating and lots of interior room are your thing, the 2017 Lincoln Navigator is definitely the SUV for you.

There are lots of aesthetic changes inside and outside of the vehicle, and this might help propel the vehicle back to the top. Interior wise, buyers will find its seats very comfortable even for long trips. And with a huge collection of upscale technologies inside, the driving experience simply can’t get any better. For instance, the BlackBerry-powered Sync 3 touchscreen interface comes with improved response times and a simplified menu bar.

With a maximum towing capacity rated at over 9,000 pounds, the Navigator is undoubtedly among the best in terms of towing and hauling tasks. The only downside to owing the Navigator would be its sheer size which might prove detrimental in certain spaces. Also, its base offers uninspiring interior materials.

Two main competitors that buyers should consider before closing the deal on the Navigator include the 2017 Mercedes-Benz GL-Class, and the 2017 Cadillac Escalade. The former offers of the best interior designs available and an available diesel engine. The Caddy, on the other hand, offers upscale safety features, and lots of standard features, but comes short on cargo volume and backseat space.

With its low pricing and appealing features, and talks of a lightweight body brought about by the extensive use of aluminum metal, the 2017 Lincoln Navigator is nevertheless a solid choice.

2017 Lincoln MKX – Release Date, Specs & Info

With a quiet and spacious seating, a strong V6 engine option, a feature galore, and a comfortable ride, the new 2017 Lincoln MKX is now a more competitive midsize luxury crossover SUV. It is certainly worth a look. Its release date, though speculative at the moment, should be expected sometime in the latter half of 2017.

When the MKX debuted some nine years ago, it was neither compelling nor appealing and we highly recommended its rivals over it. While competent overall, the vehicle disappointed in crucial areas that its competitors seemed to be excellent in such as the ride quality and cabin appointment. One of the most uninspiring thing about the MKX also was because it borrowed heavily from the Fords from where it is based – Ford Edge to be particular. Nothing appeared unique and that seemed to irk many people.

The Lincoln MKX for 2017, however, has chosen to write a different script for itself and has unequivocally won our recognition. And although it’s still based on Ford Edge, the new MKX is unique on its own thanks to the extensive list of upscale features and technologies available. Additionally, a recent MKX redesign roped in several changes to its platform that brought about numerous enhancements and upgrades.

Throw in a plethora of luxury and convenience items, and the result is an appealing choice. The upper trims, for instance, comes equipped with features such as Revel Ultima 19-speaker sound system, and 22-way front seats. Matters remain unchanged beneath its hood s it returns with its previous 2.7L V6 engine rated at 335 hp.

Even so, there are few areas worth pondering about before heading to your dealer to purchase the MKX. The downsides include a frustrating MyLincoln Touch interface, a so-so interior refinement relative to its closest competitors, and a compromised rear visibility. Thus, it would be wise to sample whatever else is available on the market first.

Rivals include the 2017 Lexus RX 350, the 2017 BMW X5, the 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLE, and the 2017 Acura MDX.

2017 Lincoln MKC Release Date, Review and Info

With a generous standard equipment galore, cushy ride with the optional adaptive suspension, quiet cabin, and good value, the 2017 Lincoln MKC is a solid choice for those looking for a comfortable compact luxury crossover. However, the average performance and a cramped cabin may make customers look elsewhere. Its date of release should be expected in September 2017, say credible sources. Below you can find out more about the release date and the gallery of photos. Enjoy our review!

For years now, Lincoln has continued to borrow heavily from Ford which happens to be its parent company. On top of that it further adds premium details such as leather and a more prestigious badge, the result is a premium luxury crossover able to rival the likes of BMW, Audi, and Mercedes.

2017 Lincoln MKC exterior, white color, side view, alloy wheels

With the 2017 Lincoln MKC however, nothing feels like Ford, everything has a unique taste ranging from the special exterior details to the premium interior tidbits. It offers two available turbocharged engines, a unique sheet metal. A premium cabin, and an optional adjustable suspension system make it dissimilar in every facet to the Escape despite sharing the same mechanical underpinnings.

The change was forthcoming and we applaud the efforts Lincoln has invested in invigorating the MKC. Lots of likable features are available like the extensive use of sound-deadening materials, and Active noise cancellation systems which result in a superb and seriously quiet vehicle. Buyers will not therefore experience any distressing ride quality even in poorly maintained urban streets. Couple that to the rock-bottom starting price and you’ve got yourself plenty of value.

Notwithstanding the glamour, there are several areas which should have been addressed better by Lincoln such as the snug backseat, grabby brakes, a nondescript handling and performance, and a modest cargo capacity. That said, it would be great to sample other alternatives in the segment. The 2017 BMW X3 and 2017 Acura RDX, for instance, offer superior cargo space, acceleration, and excellent seat comfort.

Also, the 2017 Audi Q5, the 2017 Lexus NX200t and the 2017 Land Rover Discovery Sport are strong contenders. In recent memory though, the 2017 Lincoln MKC is one of the best Lincoln SUV you can get. However, these rivals could very well, depending on your priorities, be what you are looking for.
